  Sussed this shop out on the web before a quick trip to Melbourne for a break. Bike Now organised a road bike for me and surprised us with an ebike hire opportunity for my wife. The guys at the store just made it happen with ease! Great service and a great ride down to Mordialloc down Beach Road. Recommended.

  I purchased an expensive pair of shoes which were way too big for me. The issue being I received very little sales advise and so made an uniformed and incorrect decision. I went back to the shop a week later to request a swap and the best Bike Now would do for me at the time was offer me a $100 "trade in" for a smaller pair, dropping $330 just like that. I was not happy and all and posted negative review.

  So here is the great news story, and what a turn around it was...... a few weeks later the Bike Now store manager (Sascha) contacted me to discuss what went wrong. He offered to rectify the situation by replacing the shoes at no cost to myself. In fact he did better, he upgraded my replacement shoe to the top of the range product.

  These guys are so great, I don't really know where to start. I wandered in one day and asked them if they could service my bike (purchased elsewhere). They immediately offered me a loan bike so that I could continue to commute which I was pretty happy about. They called me a little later and said there was a manufacturing fault. I thought I would have to go back to the original retailer (they weren't great on service) and have arguments... Well to my surprise the team at Bike Now said that they would contact the distributor of my bike and sort it out for me. It took a few weeks to work out, but eventually they secured me a new replacement bike. I figured I would be up with a hefty labor cost, but they were very reasonable and surprised me . These guys have gone above and beyond.... I am yet to purchase a bike from them, but when that day comes I will be heading straight back. Really nice to come across a business that values customer satisfaction regardless of where you purchased. Thanks team!

  We rented 3 bikes and we got a good deal from Harry, who was very friendly and professional. They were a little busy hence the bike was not 100%, though it's just a small matter as the bikes were all Specialized branded and it's great for riding around the town and all the way to St Kilda beach. We were rushing a little, else we would have rented it longer and explored more. The shop was very tidy and there were a lot of items on display, including Parlee and Moots. Definitely a must visit for cyclist visiting Melbourne!
