  I was a bit worried after reading the reviews about the petrol refill issues etc. but we hired a moving truck and from the moment we walked in, the service with friendly and kind. We were served by Matt (the guy who actually features on the petrol video that went viral) and he was nothing but kind. All was good with the van, he helped us when we had issues with the hydraulic lifter. On return the van was still at full and Matt said we didn't need to fill it up further.

  I realize bad reviews previously. However, I have rented out a car for 8 days from them due to a competitive price. Their services turned out to be very good for me. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Whenever I had problems and called them, they always gave the best help. They have my 5 stars for their services.

  I don’t doubt that someone must have scraped my hire car without my knowledge, but $700 to “fix” the car when it’s obvious it won’t actually be fixed is pretty much illegal.

  The car I hired “wasn’t available” so they gave me a larger car and tried to charge me an extra $200 above what was quoted. They honoured the quote after I disputed. Somebody scraped my hire car while it was parked and they charged me an extra $500 and kept my $200 deposit. The car already had numerous scratches and it was evident that they will keep the money and not fix it.
