  My parents had went for their paperwork for turkey. They had waited for longer than 3 hours. My dad had to take time from work and so did my mum. Person who in the Name of Ismail had taken in clients he knew before people who had been waiting for their time. Its unfair, and very poor service. People should not be waiting for so long to get there paper work done.
