    So cool,so nice,so helpful. Spoke to Emma there and she smiled was polite and helped with my issue. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I travelled from Fitzroy and it was worth the effort. Yarra office take note,you can help people and leave them with some dignity. Thanks Emma and Centrelink Sth Melbourne.

    Staff was very helpful and polite, but I'm giving it 4 stars because there NEEDS to be a full-time security guard in an office like this. I have been 3 times in the past two weeks and each time have felt extremely threatened and nervous by the behaviour of certain people that come in here. Some seem mentally unstable, some are just outraged. I was very uncomfortable and would have felt much safer if there was a security officer there.
