  Whorest experience ever. Ordered a wrap made it clear that we don't want bacon. My son took a few bites. Ender up having Bacon in it. When I approached the stuff and told them, turned my back and got called a liar. One of the other customers heard approached me and told me. I demanded I get a refund the manager on duty denied me my refund and I left with a empty stomach.

  Service is quick, recent renovations have made a great impact and improvement of the restaurant, shame the staff don't always remember their manners. Keep improving McDonalds!

  Really bad customer service. Staff is very rude and doesnt care about people waiting at all. Will never come here or recommend anybody to come here either.

  Worst staff and never had a good experience. For 3 chicken tenders waiting more than 10 mins. Yesterday order was not right and "crew trainer" asked what's wrong when I inquired. No respect for the customers at all and really unapologetic. In the winter ask for a hot chocolate you will get a cold chocolate drink. Asked for an english muffin got it without butter and jam! Recommend others to go find another maccas if you live in Southbank !
